On April 30, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., the streets of Tennyson will be filled with funky music, delicious food, and zealous bar crawlers. Totally Tennyson will offer participants a taste of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and galleries up and down Tennyson for the price of a $20 ticket (if purchased before April 18th).  At each stop along the way, contributing bars/restaurants will give you a taste of either a drink or food item, and stores/galleries will provide you with some flavor of their merchandise.  There will also be some local artists to help you boogie on down to the next stop.  A musical duo will be singing at Tenn Street Coffee & Books, Andy Ard will be performing ’80s tunes at The Bookery Nook, and Machinez Remainz dance crew will be performing at several locations along Tennyson.  The evening will end with a special performance at the Oriental Theater continuing the theme of the evening.  Break out your favorite ’80s outfit for the costume contest (or go incognito) and join in on the fun.

Although you probably thought that the event could not get any better, but the full ticket price and all money raised at the event will go straight to 8 NW Denver elementary schools.  Plus there is childcare provided at three locations.
