Sloan’s Lake is the perfect spot to host a 5K event due to the running trail being 3.1 miles around the lake.  So this year, some dedicated parents of Brown International Baccalaureate World School decided to take advantage of their home turf and invite Brown elementary families, their friends, and those that just love to run to help raise money for the school.  This event will also have a 1K Fun Run for the endurance impaired, and those that need a warm up before the race.  Young, old, and everyone in between is encouraged to attend and participate.  Register at www.brown.dpsk12.org
